They explained that it might have been brought on by too many heavy oil-based products in my skincare routine. She said based on the description of the red, dry patches and its response to clotrimazole, it was probably seborrheic dermatitis, not PD! She said I could’ve had a some small flare up of seb derm near my lower lip and chin, however, the small inflamed red bumps along my nasolabial folds are definitely PD. Looks terrible, but works.
